I recently read a write up of what LARP is and why it’s so awesome by a lovely lady called ShellyWelly, over at CampingWithStyle.
If you are even vaguely interested in LARPing or you know someone who is, then definitely check out this piece. It is from a UK Lorien Trust perspective, but it covers most elements that occur in any LARP.
It gives a lot of practical advice including what not to wear, some of the more generic jargon, and other tips, as well as the more important information about having a good time and not taking it too seriously.
